You do an upgrade and install a new app (Battery Monitor 2) and then multiple things happen. Of course you want to blame it on something else but I had 2 contact sensors, one Zwave and one Zigbee that both died even though they were reporting 100% and a Zigbee light that quit responding. Replaced the batteries and installed a new light and all is good now but why must Murphy work that way?

Obviously it was your fault....
If you had left the room(s) alone where the contacts sensors were then you would not have had an issue.

I was visiting my mother last Christmas. She said the automation for the lamp in the entryway had stopped working and I needed to fix it. The lightbulb was burned out. Of course it was the automation's fault. ![]()
