Lost Zigbee Control on C5 Hub - Radio Dead?

Hi there - as of a couple hours ago, I seem to have lost the ability to control any zigbee devices. I checked hubitat UI and saw an alert that zigbee network was offline (or something like that). I rebooted the hub. After rebooting, I got an alert reporting elevated activity. I checked device and app activity - the two highest were Philips Hue and Home Assistant Device Bridge. After a while that alert went away. At this time, there are no alerts but I still can't control any zigbee devices and there is no activity in zigbee logs.
In Zigbee settings, radio is still enabled.

Other functions still seem good. I can control Shelly devices via their drivers. Apps seem functional. I can control Philips Hue via the Philips hub. I cannot directly control sengled zigbee bulbs or zigbee plugs. All my zwave devices are on a different hub.

Do I have a dead radio?

Thanks

Do you see a Pan ID on Zigbee Details page? It's worth power cycling the hub by going to Settings and selecting Shut down. Once the LED turns red, unplug the hub for a minute and then plug it back in.

No - PAN ID is blank. I'll try full shutdown.
I updated firmware last night to latest version btw.

Mind sharing what version were you running before?

Full power down and restart fixed it! Thank you much.
I went from 2.3.4.116 to 2.3.4.120 I believe.

Glad is not dead. You might not be out of the woods. Continue to monitor your Zigbee devices. Check the logs for excessive activity from Zigbee devices. Also stranded devices can bring your radio to its knees again. Zigbee offline messages are concerning.

What qualifies as excessive activity? Not sure what range is considered normal vs high.
How would I identify a stranded device?

You wouldn't miss it. A misbehaving device would hit your logging every few milliseconds.
