This morning my 2 hubs that have been successfully connected to Sharptools for nearly 5 years have been deauthorized. The data was all incorrect on the dashboards so when I went to sharptools manage connections, it showed no locations authorized.
I tried several times to reconnect the hubs via this screen in sharptools that pops up when I click manage connections + hubitat:
This seems to be an Oauth selection page from the hubitat side showing my hubs but no matter which one I tried it says the hub is not responding:
I then tried to access the hubs on my local network and had no issues. I then tried findmyhub.hubitat.com and it found them successfully. I then remote accessed them and that worked fine. So the hubs seem to be online and externally accessible from the internet.
I thought maybe it was a password thing on the hubitat account so I reset that password. Unfortunately, I can’t seem to force Sharptools to allow me to give it a new password if that is even the issue.
At this point all my dashboards are down and I can’t figure out what to try next.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
