I have lost function from hub 1 to hub 2
If I go to hub 2 devices work when I return to hub 1 the devices do not respond in dashboard
Are you referring to two hubs that share devices with Hub Mesh?
Please share more details about your setup and the problem you’re experiencing.
It’s hard to understand what kind of help you might need with so little info to go on.
I agree with Mark above, could you explain what you have tried to do to troubleshot the issue, and tell what you are experiencing in more detail.
Offhand, I would say the one hub isn't connected to the same network as the other hub. Maybe it is on a guest network, or it somehow is being locked down by some antivirus or family protection service?
