Did Hubitat servers go down because Google lost communication with them?
Working fine for me right now, but with out-of-the-blue Google integration issues, it's something on Google's end 99/100.

it ended up being on my end. Hubitat itself was working fine and all my other Google integrations were also working fine but Hubitat was reporting a cloud communication issue. I rebooted and everything was back to normal
