Lost Every Zigbee Device

Wasnt sure where to post this, but I have been having a lot of issues with zigbee devices (especially hue motion sensors) staying paired. Yesterday many of my lights were not working. I (tried) to log into my C8 device but it would not connect, so I pulled the plug on the device and let it reboot. Ever since then I have lost pairing on all of my Zigbee devices (i.e., none work, Hue, NYCE, inovelli, sonos, etc.). My Zwave devices work.

I tried to do a restore from the previous day but still nothing is working if it is a Zigbee device. I wish this was a one off situation but I just feel since this new hub has been released there are a ton of Zigbee issues that have yet to be resolved. The average user should be able to plug in common devices which are stated to work without having to jack around with all these power and channel setting to get something to work and stay working.

Personally I wish Hubitat would stop selling these devices until these are a bit more stable. If you look in previous threads there still is a ton of issues with Hue Motion sensors that have yet to be resolved, as well as strange issues with Yoolax driver not showing up, none of these issues have been resolved, people just quite posting.

At this point, I can re pair all my zigbee devices in my house or maybe go back to something stable like C7, which means I have to redo all my rules.

Hubitat please fix your zigbee issues

Sorry to hear about your problems. I can assure you that folks just didn't quit posting, less and less users run into problems. I would like to get to the bottom of your issue. I am sending you a private message to get more details about your hub.

For future reference, if the radio is offline, restoring a backup wouldn't work. The only way to get the radio back online is to power cycle the hub. If that doesn't work, please reach out, and do nothing else. Any other measures you may take, might create more problems.
