Looking for wall switch that reports power

Looking for a wall switch that reports power, don't care Z-Wave or Zigbee. Any recommendations?

I have older GE Zigbee switches that report power. This model - GE 45856. I imagine the newer Enbrighten versions also report power.

Any idea on what it will do with a power outage, When power restored will it revert to last state or stay off?

I can only speak to the older version. It reverts to the last state (either on or off).
