Offhand, I don't see anything; as a good first step, I'd keep logging enabled (like you have now) and hit "Done" in the app to re-initialize things, then see what happens (and what Logs say) going forward.
While not what you asked, this kind of automation is also unlikely to be as helpful as you expect; battery reporting is notoriously unreliable. There are ways you can do something similar with built-in tools, but I wrote this app to look at device activity (the lack of which might suggest a problem) instead, which many users find to work better, if you are interested:
