I am trying to write a rule to tun the light switch in my garage on and off at certains times of the day. following is what I have, would this work? or can anyone offer a better way to do it? Thanks!
If I am reading that correctly, it would never be true.
Change the RULE portion to OR statements, instead of AND statements.

Funny thing is that is how I originally had it, but it looked odd to me, so I changed it to AND. As it is here, it didn't work last night. I will try changing to OR this afternoon. If that doesn't work , I can always do it in three separate rules.
I agree. it should be OR. Please let us know if that change worked.

Yup, the OR fixed it. Works like a charms. now i feel silly, since that was how I originally had it and thought it looked wrong. This is the first time I've tried to do anything more advanced that ST's Smart Lighting app.

We all have to start somewhere. I, too, am just starting to understand RM. There is a lot of great help here. Glad it's working! Now do something even cooler. Keep going.
