Logs Keep Reverting to UTC

So, I have been trying to get my hub to turn on a porch light based on an "Arrival" event from the Life360 connector. It worked the very first day that I had it setup, and I got excited, until......
It never worked again after that. After 2 - 3 days of the RM rule not triggering the light on command, I went searching in the logs. What I see in there is that all of the timestamps for events are being entered using UTC. I have setup my location and the hub details page properly reflects those settings and the correct time/timezone information. The Life360 connection is properly logged, but at a time that is 6 hours in the future. I have rebooted my hub several times in the last week in an attempt to fix this, but it keeps reverting the timestamps in the logs to UTC. Any ideas???
