I clone a Rule Machine rule and disabled the original rule but Logs are still being labeled with the name of the original rule.
The original rule has been disabled for days. The Log entries are all from the new v3 rule.

Without more to go by, I strongly suspect you're just seeing this documented behavior:
Yeah your probably stuck with the old names for past logs. I got to a point when I had so many rules and devices where id changed the names that I did a restore and picked the option to clear the previous logs for a clean start. (a 'Clear Logs' button would be nice...)

I'm on 2.3.6.144 and couldn't reproduce what you're seeing. Can you go into your newer rule and try the Update Rule and Run Actions and see if it creates a new app #?
Yes, but I don't see evidence that any app is showing the wrong name given the above based on the provided information.

To add here, I believe I see three rules
Notify EV Not Charging (Power < 3.0) v3
Notify EV Not Charging (Power < 5.0) - disabled
Notify EV Not Charging (Power < 5.0) v2 - in logs
v2 appears to have run at 12:05 AM. If you click on its "info" in the logs, what app opens?
You are correct. The Logs were referring to a rule by it's old name. Thanks!
