Money. Got this working using the suggestion by @ogiewon. Harmony --> Emulated Hue on HA --> Hubitat. Thanks!!

This worked amazingly well for me.

Had it complete start to finish in about 2 hrs.

Steps:

Enable the Maker API integration in Hubitat - you can do this by following the instructions in the hubitat integration instructions below)
Setup Home Assistant, install the hubitat integration that ogiewon linked (you'll have to install HACS first) see Custom Component: Hubitat - Custom Integrations - Home Assistant Community
Go into the config file and enable the Emulated Hue (restart Home Assistant)
Go into your Harmony app, enable the hue integration, let it sync

Update your controls in your Harmony app.
