Log errors on app 36

I’m quite new to the Hubitat community. I’ve had my C7 for almost 10 days. I’m sure my questions will reflect how little I know about what I’m doing.
app:362021-06-09 06:00:58.078 pm errorError making Call to Alexa message gateway: {"header":{"namespace":"System","name":"Exception","messageId":"f6067707-307a-41a2-ba9b-7b34b229dca6"},"payload":{"code":"INTERNAL_SERVICE_EXCEPTION","description":"Internal Service Exception"}}
I have quite a few errors showing up in the log file but I’m not certain what they mean. I can find the devices that are mentioned in the log file but I’m not finding what app 36 is.

My issue is that I have 14 Zigbee Cree lights. I had those lights on a wink hub generation one for six months with no issues. Then I put them on a wink hub generation two for six months with no issues. Then I put them on a Amazon show with zigbee hub with serious issues. The show hub would disconnect from Alexa about every six weeks and it was quite a chore to reconnect them. I replaced that hub with a Hubitat C7. It seem to work fine for several days and then lost connection with my Alexa. To reconnect the lights I had to disconnect the link from Alexa to my C7 and then reconnect the link. At that point all the lights seem to work fine again. By my reading your posts I conclude no one here likes cree lights. If that’s the answer, fine I can replace the lights but I would like to be fairly sure that is the problem before replacing all of them. Your thoughts? Thanks, Dale.

Update: so now I know the problem is in the Amazon echo skill.
I’m a bit lost as to where to go from here.

In the log you can click app:36, that works for every log listing, then the app causing the error will be highlighted in the app device list up top and only items from that app will be listed in the log.

Thank you for that. I also discovered that you can find app 36 by clicking on each device in the log and eventually one of them shows as app 36. Thanks for your help. Amazon echo skill is where the problem seems to be.

Also if you're going to have other zigbee devices on HE, DO NOT USE THE CREE BULBS! as they make horrible repeaters and will crash your mesh like an angry drunk girl at a wedding reception. Either put the cree's on their own hub with no other zigbee devices or get a hue bridge to put them on.
