Is there some kind of lock insert that works with HE but does not change the aesthetics of the lock?

I'm looking for something like the Level Lock insert, but that does not require HomeKit, Google, etc. that the Level Lock insert needs. I don't have any Home Automation system except the Hubitat; I have no Alexa or Siri or any of that, no Home Assistant, no Rpi. Trying to figure out if there is a way to use the Level insert direct with Hubitat, or if there is another brand that is similarly an insert in an existing lock without impacting aesthetics, but that is zwave or zigbee.

Level is the only one I know of that comes in this form factor.

OK, what is the simplest, least expensive device I can get to cause a Level insert to work with HE that does not have an internal mic or has one I can easily disable?
Does the device need to be connected to the internet for it to work with HE? I don't mind internet connected to set up but would rather it not stay that way.

I have access to an old 2016 Apple Iphone SE 1. It only goes up to IOS 15.4.1. Could I use that to get the Level working with SE and then just disconnect it?

Apple TV4. No mic. You can get used ones on eBay for about $50-60.
