I am looking to add new user to my locks via the Lock Code Manger. I am running Hubitat 2.1.4.130. I have reboot it a few times, restarted the lock and replaced the batteries. I am able to lock/unlock the door from Hubitat. But when I add new user via LCM, it says it did, but it never shows up in the LCM console. The code does not work on door and the new code is not listed from lock device page but other existing codes are listed. Any suggestions?
Current Door lock - Schlage Z-Wave Connect Camelot Touchscreen Deadbolt with Built-In Alarm, Satin Nickel, BE469 CAM
Right now I have only 5 codes, it shows it supports up to 30 codes. I have tired to add via the device page and looks like that is not working. So maybe its not the LCM but the Device Driver. From the device page, I can unlock,lock, config and refresh, etc. But managing codes does not appear to work anymore. I was able to add a code via LCM about 1 month ago, but have updated hubitat a few times to the latest versions. Not sure next steps.
What lock driver are you using? There is a specific driver for the BE468/BE469 that should be used with your lock. Don't use the Generic z-wave lock driver.
Edit - the driver is called "Schlage BE468/BE469 Lock"
