Local Voice Control wifi/lan not google/Apple

Hello,

Does anyone one know of a system we can use with our hubitat for voice controlls that does not use google/Apple that runs on Wifi or Lan and has no 3rd party?

Both of the posted solutions look very interesting..
Is there any off the shelf hardware a Hubitat user can purchase to start using this, while simultaneously being assured that everything associated with the voice control (the data the mic picks up, the responses the speaker returns, and the associated actions) will be kept local & private?
