Local Hubitat homepage isn't loading

I'm on the same network as the hub. Everything that's connected to my hub is responding normally. I can access my local and cloud dashboards. But when I try to access the home page to get to my apps & devices, the connection times out.

Can someone please help me connect? Trying to do a few things before my Sunday's over.

Edit: so i was finally able to connect by going through the portal. But the last three numbers on my hubs address have changed. I'm not highly computer literate... can someone tell me why those numbers changed?

You are using what's called DHCP to assign IP addresses to devices on your network. If the HE hub is rebooted, the IP address assigned to it will change. You need to create what is called a DHCP reservation. This is typically done in your router, so you'll need to figure out what kind you have and do a quick Google search on how to create a DHCP reservation using that. You'll need the MAC address of the HE hub, which should be on a label on the device.
