Local File Manager Upload - file pending

Hub C-8, Platform Version 2.3.6.146.

Trying to upload a file to the hub, following all the file naming rules. Is stuck with a yellow "pending" icon. I have loaded an MP3 file larger than this previously, and the hub file space says there is ample room.

I use this to play something through my Sonos speakers under a Rule Machine routine I have developed.

Any ideas?

Have you tried a different browser to see if tha thelps?

Well, I was using the Brave browser. Now I have tried Microsoft Edge. Same problem. Next I tried Chrome. Same problem. I could also try Firefox, Safari, and DuckDuckGo, but am thinking it's some other issue. Maybe it's a flaky file and HE File Manager is trying its best to protect me?

Duh, I didn't realize (or I forgot) that you need to click the UPLOAD button after you CHOOSE or drag-and-drop the file into place.
