I just upgraded from 2.4.2.158 to 2.4.3.137. I then did a graceful shutdown and reboot. I noticed a notification saying I had a high load alert. I saw under devices my Living Room TV was at 69%, which I thought was strange as I don't use it for anything in Hubitat. I did see it was included as a device in the new Flow Control beta so I removed it from there. I then saw the % go down. I clicked the notification again and this time it said There are no runtime alerts. Could it have been that, or as I suspect, it may just have been that I did a reboot so the HE was very busy getting everything back up and running? If the later, is there some way a delay could be built in after a reboot or a flag set on reboot, etc., so the hub would know that is normal (up to a point) without issuing an alarm?
