I had a couple of Hue blubs (technically they're lamps but you all call them bulbs) paired directly via Zigbee to the C-8. I just got a Hue Bridge, because issues, and went through that integration process. I'm fairly certain I went about importing the new hue devices and deleting the old direct zigbee ones in the "wrong" way.
It seems I have some lingering device ids from the old devices with my HE. In particular, they are still being pull through into Home Assistant by the HE integration.
I have noticed the Zigbee routing table is very sticky, and slow to change, You could try to do a shutdown from settings page, then unplug power for 30-60 seconds. Once rebooted go to Settings-Zigbee and do a network rebuild-twice. If that doesn't work it should clear out on it's own in a while.
Did you remove them in the device selector from the HA-HE integration? Go into the Maker API instance you are using for the HA-HE integration and deselect them from the available devices?
If you don't remove the devices from all of the "in use by" apps before you delete them, it can cause strange issues.
