I find that I need this button frequently to keep my device lists on the scene pages current. Groups lack this button making it difficult to keep my groups aligned with current device lists. That also leads to broken groups or groups with missing devices for which I have to keep a to-do list reminder so that weekly I can check to see if "that group finally caught my latest device additions." It seems that reboots, cache clears, and lots of other typical fixes do not remedy the problem and that makes the Refresh Device Lists button that much more valuable.
