Hi, I just purchased the hub pro. I want to add lightbulbs, what is the next step to add them? Direct to the hub?

The first step is to pair the bulbs to the hub, so that the hub can communicate with them. The procedure for that depends on what kind of bulbs you have. Are they Z-Wave, Zigbee, Wi-Fi, Philips Hue, or just an old fashioned incandescent bulb. You will need to provide that information for starters. Providing the brand and model of the bulbs would be very useful.
The reason most people purchase a Hubitat, is to automate things around the house. For example, to turn off the water if a pipe leaks, or to turn on the lights automatically at dusk, or turn them on automatically when you walk into a room. You will need to provide us with your intended use for these bulbs before we can tell you how to obtain your goals.
The Getting Started page from the hub documentation is a great resource and covers how to add devices to the hub, among other things that beginners will find helpful.
