Light wont turn off - Range issue?

This light was working fine yesterday. This morning, however, I can't turn it off digitally. Below are snips of the Logs and Z Wave Details. The Z-Wave Details did show a green check mark but after I clicked refresh, it went to "Not Responding". On the Logs, it is DEV16 that won't turn off. FWIW, DEV17 and 20 are located super close to DEV16 switch. You can see from the logs, they do turn on and off....but maybe they too haveing troubles due to all the debug going on?

I'm wondering if this is a range issue. All these devices are in an outside shed co-located with the garage. Straight line the signal is only 15ft or so, but the signal does have to go through an exterior wall. I have a stron suspission that if I went out to the shed and manually turned on or off this switch, it would fix it all and start working via HE Control again....but I'm holding off on this unless there are otherthings I should check prior to going down that road.

Does it have an air gap tab? If so pull it wait 5 seconds and push it back in and see if that gets it going. If no tab then throw the breaker...

Getting it back going isnt my main concern......it is really more the question as to "why" is this one going offline or whatever it is doing to be unresponsive?

I realize one time could be a fluke. Just trying to determine if I have a greater issue with range or a falty device. I'm still learning how to read these logs. Looking at Dev17 and 20. Those deviced do turn on and off.....but are acompanied with a bunch of debug issues too. Is this what a log would look like if there was range interfereance?

"why" is this one going offline

Unknown. Could be 1 of a thousand issues. Needs to happen multiple times then logs checked etc....
