Light turned on for no reason

I just watched this happen. There is no automation connected to this light that makes it turn on (flash yes, but not just on)
Hub is on 2.3.0.113
It's a Zooz dimmer on the Generic Z-Wave Driver

Nothing on IFTTT or is Alexa 'Hunches' turned on (If you have one of course)?
Is there anything in the 'In Use By' section for the bulb apart from the rule to make the lamp flash?

And it just did it again....

No IFTTT or Alexa in this household.

All 3 rules listed in "in use by" make the light flash, not just turn on, It's basically the "alert" light in the house.

I'm going to try pulling the air gap and see if that changes anything.
