LIFX bulbs not updating status in Hubitat

C8 - 2.4.3.137

I have several LIFX A19 bulbs I purchased in April, which I believe are Matter over Wi-Fi. My experience with Matter has been checkered, so I initialized them through the LIFX app first, then brought them into Hubitat through the built-in LIFX integration. I also brought them into Homekit through the LIFX app, not Hubitat.

I'm able to control the bulbs reliably through Hubitat, but I notice when controlling the bulbs through either the LIFX app or Homekit, their status does not update in Hubitat without me doing a manual refresh.

Help?

Do you by any chance have them on a separate IOT network? I just installed some Matter over WiFi bulbs from a different manufacturer, and when I had them on IOT with my Hubitat on my main LAN, they could be controlled and refreshed, but I couldn't get the status updates to work reliably. It motivated me to finally get my Hubitat moved onto my IOT network.

This is expected.. The bulbs don't push changes...

There is a preference on the device page in Hubitat that will poll the bulbs for changes..

Perhaps the LIFX Integration | Hubitat Documentation could be updated to include that information? Or did I miss it in some other documentation?

Yeah, I think they just added it. Wish I had a screenshot so I knew I wasn't crazy.
