Hello. I originally noticed this issue using the Life360 with States app so I’m now trying the Life360+ app but see the same thing. Randomly (maybe once every other week or so), the hubitat apps will suddenly report “Not Present”when I haven’t left the house. As expected, when opening the iPhone app, the Hubitat apps update to “present” but the iPhone app itself shows me at home since the night before. What would trigger the hubitat app to change to not present when the iPhone app shows no history of movement?

Make sure run in background is turned on in the life 360 app.
Yes refresh is on but not having a full understanding of how Life360 works, what would suddenly tell hubitat app that I am no longer present when the iPhone life360 app itself says I haven’t moved? If background refresh was the issue I’d think that would only affect actual presence changes that aren’t reflected in hubitat, not ghost presence changes that don’t actually occur.
