I was able to successfully reverse engineer the device and successfully have integrated my Levolor InMotion Shades in HE - Directly - All local, no cloud. It does require the USB Levolor Hub / Dongle to work.
This is a new milestone for me in the HE community. How best to share the parent/child driver and instructions for others to use?
Right here is often the first place new code is distributed.
You can put the code in-line, but it’s just tricky enough that first timers get the format wrong. Editable, but you’re going to be asking people to select the entire code, and copy paste it into their hub. It should be one selection. Use the preformatted button above <> to surround your code.
The next improvement people make when trying to distribute their code is to create themselves a github repo, and put the code there. Then It’s simply a matter of pasting that url into this topic and people go there to select/copy/paste.
