I have finally gotten DZPA1-2BW outlet to pair with Hubitat.

  1. Performed a safe power down on Hubitat hub

  2. unplugged hubitat to power down

  3. removed hubitat from internet

  4. waited 5 minutes

  5. safe power up hubitat hub and connected internet cable to it

  6. started over with inclusion process as listed on your documentation

  7. I was able to connect 2 of your outlets to hubitat.
