I have several of these and they suffer from a few things. A couple of them I ran on POE with a 5volt converter. This met with limited success. The converters were in the wall behind the tablet and would periodically overheat and shutdown. The tablets would then reset and I would loose the dashboard.
Second issue was the touch sensitivity. The area of the tile on the HE dashboard in fully kiosk is very narrow and will often not respond to the first press or would respond by sending the display into zoom mode. Very frustrating as most of the time it would result in needing to reset the app.
Not sure what is the cause of this. Does anyone know if there is a way of changing the touch sensitivity parameters in the Levnovo tablet.
