LEDVANCE RT TW (Sylvania +) Not changing white colors

I recently added some 73742 6 inch recessed bulbs to my shop office. I usually set the 'color temperature' to 3500 and 100. But I have two of the mentioned led lights, that are not changing color. I tried switching the drivers, saving and hitting configure, but I can only get them to dim and on/off through the hubitat device settings. Any ideas from anyone?
I looked at the logs and turned on debugging, but nothing is jumping out at me.

Hmmm.... Your second one isn't showing firmware, or software build. The only time I see this is because it's not fully paired. I would factory reset the bulb and try to re pair. It may take a couple of times, but chances are if the config fully shows it will work fine. It's one of those weird things that I've seen in my sengled bulbs at least. (Another reason to switch to Lifx)
