A Bluetooth device would not work directly, no. You would need something that can act as a bridge between the two (something that can pass data back and forth between the Bluetooth device and the Hubitat over your network). If you have an Alexa device for example, you could link it to the Alexa then have a virtual device on the Hubitat that mirrors it.
