The last update took out all of my Z-wave devices. I rolled back the update, rebooted the hub, but all of my Z- wave devices show as being disabled. I'm at a stand still. Logs report on-off status occurs, it doesn't. Absolutely no control of any thing Wife satisfaction score had gone into the negative. I'll be moving into the doghouse if I don't figure this out. We don't have a dog. 
This is critical! This man needs help ASAP!!!

First thing I would check is goto setting-Zwave and make sure the radio is enabled.

Reboot, or shut down from the settings menu, pull the power cord at the wall, wait 30 seconds, and plug back in.
They do different things. I would do the full power cycle if you have not yet.
