Last cloud backup was unsuccessful. Failed steps: Z-Wave

I am so tired of this issue and it pisses me off that I cant seem to find a conclusive answer or reason why this keep happening..

Last cloud backup was unsuccessful. Failed steps: Z-Wave. Please power cycle your hub by shutting it down from Settings, then unplugging the power for 30 seconds.

I have rebooted - Shut the hub down for over an hour - created a manual backup (twice)
NOTHING Clears this freaking error and its frustrating as all get out.. I was told if none of these steps work, I open a support ticket with Hubitat but I see nowhere to do so...

So here I am, with what appears to be dozens of other people, hoping for an actual solution ..

Did you create a Cloud backup or a Local backup - a successful Cloud backup will reset the error message with generally no need to reboot.

Hi, I tried to make a cloud backup yesterday and after 15 minutes of waiting would not complete.. So someone said make a local backup which I did, a few times.. I just tried a cloud backup and it completed within a minute and then the error cleared..

Good to know...there have been some intermittent trailing issues w/cloud backup that a small number of users experience. HE staff is still working on this issue and upcoming releases will include additional efforts to stamp this bug entirely out.

Any update to this I just started seeing this issue my self @bobbyD

Have you had one instance of this, multiple instances? Do you have cloud backups scheduled and if so what time, or are you doing them manually?

And can you confirm what hub model, and what platform release the hub is on?

Have you tried doing a manual cloud backup - when that is successful it will clear the error message and then your backups may continue from there normally.

At this time, there are no updates to share. Backup failures can occur for a variety of reasons, some of which are outside of our control. Successful backups depend on running the latest platform version, using newer hub models, and ensuring Z-Wave firmware is up to date.

It look it finally resolved it. I gracefully shut down. My hub went in about 45 minutes restarted it and then did a manual backup and it finally was successful thanks everyone!
