Just done a manual update on a Konnected alarm (non pro).
I had an issue following the web based flash update system, I think because I now only have USB C on my computer and had to use an adapter.
When clicking connect the instructions say I should see CP210x or SLAB_USBtoUART, I wasn't seeing either but
Long story short I found that if I plug the USB into my computer, then unplugged the power from the konnected, then plugged the power back in, then tried to connect... It worked.
Hopefully this will help someone sometime.
