Konnected - Hubitat - Smart lock

Hi!

I searched the community, the web and ask ChatGPT, but can't find the infoIi'm looking for!

I just bought a Hubitat and the Konnected Pro Alarm pannel.

I would like the alarm to be in away mode when the lock if locked from the outside and in present mode when locked by the inside boutton. I saw a couple of smart locks that can integrate with Hubitat, but it looks like only the state is transmitted, not the way it was lock. Is there a smart lock that transmit this as well? Documentation is not clear...

And I plan to have the alarm disarm when the lock is unlocked. I'm concern about security. However, if someone breacks in, the motion sensor will trigger the alarm, so I guess it is ok to disarm the alarm when the lock is unlocked event if it is from the inside?

Thanks!

Not too sure if this is what you are after, I have a Yale assure lock with the zigbee module, and in the events I can the different ways the door has been unlocked - pic below

Thanks! And can you create rules based on this? (I ordered my Hubitat, but don't have it yet)

This depends on the lock. The majority of locks that integrate directly with Hubitat can provide much more than state (locked/unlocked). They can provide information whether the lock was unlocked digitally or physically (thumbturn used). For a digital unlock, the user code/name used to unlock will also be provided.
