The specifications document says Zigbee 3.0. Worth a try; at least I can return it if it does not work. Thanks for your help!
this is directly supported in platform 2.3.0 and above...

So it's not very clear... from the spec sheet I saw it says the matched gateways supporting ZB 3.0 - but that doesn't mean anything because older ZB should be compatible as well. The other Sonoff stuff says Zigbee 3 directly..

I am afraid that you may be right.... I don't have these sensors, but I have found this article ( in French, use Google Translate if needed )
In the article section related to the motion sensor, there are some disappointing findings about weird non-standard pairing process, that may prevent most of the Zigbee hubs to successfully pair to this Konke device (except the Konke hub, of course).
The above is just a hypothesis from my side, but it may explain why one device works and the other (probably newer HW/SW) devices never complete the pairing process.
