Trying to unlock/lock from the dashboard and from the hub device as well and it appears after watching the log is that the hub it not sending a signal to the lock.
The lock still sends status correctly of the lock status and when its locked and unlocked from the door itself.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
In order for z-wave locks to be reliable, they require a repeater that supports beaming. If you do not have that, your lock will always be in a bad state and affect your z-wave mesh. And could burn though batteries. For an explanation, you can refer to this write up. The attached pdf document explains pretty well how locks communicate with a hub. If you have a repeater that supports beaming, try locating it closer to the hub and running a repair.
