Key Fob won't disarm away

I have a new 6 button Fibaro Key FOB...not a key pad. I have button 1 set to "Arm Away", button 2 "Arm Home" & button 3 "Disarm" in HSM.

All buttons work fine to ARM when pushed, but button 3 will only work to disarm HOME, it will not disarm when in AWAY.

I do have Iris key pads to disarm with a code input when I enter home & it is AWAY, but would like to just press key fob to disarm upon entry thru door.

Is this normal for a key fob to arm AWAY but not disarm AWAY? This is my first time to use a key fob, so maybe all is well...I dunno.

To get the simple stuff out of the way, have you confirmed that button events are sent when you press button 3?

Yes, when button 3 is pressed when in ARMED HOME it does disarm HOME.

What do the arming/disarming options look like in your Hubitat Safety Monitor?

Sorry for the delay in posting this...here is the settings in my HSM:

On the device page for the fob, does it show number of buttons with state variables and last button pushed under current states?

This is the information I have:

We are using Iris V2 Smart Fobs.

One other thing. Can your fobs be used as a presence detector? Ours are set to arm away when both are not present and to disarm when one of them arrives.

Thanks guys for the help...I finally just deleted the device & started over on it....it is now working fine...dunno why it wouldn't before.
