Kasa KP115 not working

Have 2 Kasa KP115 plugs that the firmware was updated over this past weekend. Now the Kasa Integration can no longer find them. They work through the KASA app. Have removed/installed the Kasa integration on the HE C8Pro, removed/installed the KP115 plugs in the Kasa app, rebooted the router, removed the Kp115 from Kasa integration and scanned multiple times to get them back. I’m stumped, ideas?

Hardware version and firmware version please. Also, has anything changed on you LAN recently? Any changes to the Kasa or Tapo phone app security settings?

In your tapo phone app user setting, check for Third Party services and make sure Third Party compatabiliy is turned on.

I have a KP115 that is still working. But old. HW Ver 1.0, Firmware Ver q.0.21

Thanks for the response. The HE C8Pro is at
2.4.4.151. The KP 115’s are at HW 1.0 FW 1.1.1.
I do not see HE as part of the Third-Party Services in the Kasa app. However, I did have the Third-Part Compatibility OFF. Turned it ON, and the Kasa Integration found the last 2 devices. Curious as to how this has worked for so long with Compatibility off and how the other devices were found.
Thanks for the insight.

Not curious, TP-Link is beginning to enforce this for the Kasa and Tapo line as a "security" measure. Some people (who still have hair) are pulling out the hair.
