I wanted to put this in 'feature requests' but didn't see it listed in the drop down for community apps.
I'm using Kasa Integration for an IP switch. I had trouble identifying the device IP address being used for my singular device. Ultimately I found a way using the scan but it seemed convoluted and hidden.
On the first screen, under the 'Lan Configuration' heading, could there be another heading of 'Current Devices' and their associated IP's? I see that each device shows it's IP in the 'Data' section of the device but love to have a aggregation under one roof in the app.
Thank you for considering.
One option you could use when dealing with ip based devices (regardless if they're on hubitat or other network related areas) is to keep advanced port scanner on your laptop/pc. That way you could just run a scan of the subnet (takes about 30 seconds) which would allow you to identify everything there including ip and MAC address' Another option is simply creating a reservation for the device, then keeping a quick link to your DHCP table on your browser to check.
I know you mean well but please pay close attention to the post. it is a feature request. not a desire to track the IP but to make it simpler to find it while working/using the app.
