That might be enough for me to upgrade. I currently use a very indirect system to sound audible alerts.

Hubitat rarely comments on future plans; however, there are hints that the current implementation is only a starting point, so additional types of devices are possible in the future. (See: Does the C-8 Pro support Bluetooth devices? - #4 by bobbyD)

If we are listing things of interest, I would be interested to be able to connect Airthings devices directly to Hubitat. I'm currently reading my Airthings sensor through Home Assistant, with a BLE dongle, and then exporting it to Hubitat.
Similarly, my Anker Solix F3800+ battery system communicates through BLE, and there is a project to read the data, with aim to integrate with Home Assistant. I hope one day it will be possible to do that directly in HE.
