Jasco Zwave+ Dimmer (59374) Non Functional

So I have been happy enough with the Zen toggle dimmers but have a use case where they cannot be deployed i.e. my garage has a bunch of strip lighting with ballasts and short of changing out all the lights I needed to find a zwave dimmer/switch that could handle ballasts.

I saw on sale the Jasco ZwavePlus UltraPro toggle dimmers (59374) which had a lit toggle switch which is even more appealing.

Had no issues wiring/adding to Hubitat but that is where my problems have started. I cannot get them to turn on and off remotely.

It is configured as a Generic Z Wave Plus Scene Dimmer and I have tried as a GE Enbrighten Z-Wave Smart Dimmer but I cannot get it to turn on/off however I try. Debug logs when I press on remotely just say
" dev:182024-02-27 02:49:08.118 PMdebugsupervision report for session: 1
dev:182024-02-27 02:49:08.104 PMdebugparse description: zw device: 11, command: 6C02, payload: 01 00 00 , isMulticast: false

I can't find any references to this exact model number online (59374) so maybe I just screwed up buying a device that is not compatible with my C8 hub?

Did you try Generic Zwave Dimmer and/or Generic Zwave Plus Dimmer?

If it's one of the newer Ultrapro Z-Wave Plus dimmers, you should start out w/the Generic Z-Wave Plus Dimmer driver.

If that doesn't work, post a screen-shot of the dimmer from your Z-Wave Details page (Settings>Z-Wave Details) - will look something like this:

Thank you for your prompt responses!

So that is what it is currently set to now and no difference.

Z-Wave details of device

You have a switch, not a dimmer (...SWITCH_BINARY... means switch). A dimmer would say "MULTILEVEL" like below):

So change the driver to the Generic Z-Wave Plus Switch driver, so you have the correct driver. After making that change hit the Configure button on the Device page (forgot to mention that previously) to apply the driver, and then try to turn the switch on/off from the Device page.

If that doesn't work, turn the switch on/off at the physical switch and see if that registers on the Device page. A Z-Wave Plus device should register changes accurately and quickly on the Device page.

Good Lord I feel like such an idiot. I think I had in my head all my Zooz's are dimmers and I knew I bought switches.

Thank you so much for your time.

Oh, my time is not free. You're gonna have to give up that nice dinner you were planning to cover my expenses.
