Switch was totally isolated from all apps/rules. Confirmed no associations are set.
When turning switch on after around 5 seconds the lights will cycle off then on again once. This is consistent.
No report is sent to the hub, just the initial ON report.
It happens if you control via the paddle or commands from hub (via motion sensor rules).
Has anyone else seen this before? Is this bad hardware or what? Might be able to swap this one with a slave if its a hardware problem.
