Well the last of my X10 stuff took a crap. I have been looking for 3 Way Ivory dimmers running Matter, 8266 flashable, Zwave or Zigbee and have found nothing.
Its going to look strange in my house with a white switch in a 4 gang.
Any ideas?
Inovelli sells paddle covers (Switch Color Paddles – Inovelli) in Ivory for their switches.
Lutron does as well; though, they do not meet your requirements.

This was to match Leviton Ivory
I thought about that but a switch used daily I don't know about. And then finding one with just a paddle and no indicator or slide.
