I've switched network providers now my c7 hubitat hub won't respond

I've tried the find my hub screen and it doesn't work.

I have a feeling it's connected to a different network and when they switched over to my new internet provider it confused the hub.

So if my hub was on a the subnet 192.168.1.1 but my new subnet is 192.168.3.1 would this cause the problem?

If so is there a way to do a factory reset it? I tried accessing everything - connecting to the hub via 8081.

Think more like "network reset" than "factory reset" (do you want to have to start all over just for this)?

Here's how to do a network reset:

My guess is that your hub is holding on to its old IP address from your old router, so this might help--as could a reboot, but without access to the regular hub interface, this is something else you can try (and it does a reboot too after it clears any network settings you may have had configured).

I wonder if http://hubitat.local would work in a case like this?

Also, unless a static address was setup on the Hubitat hub, couldn’t a new IP address be setup on the new network provider’s modem for the Hubitat Hub’s MAC address?

The procedure highlighted above by @bertabcd1234 will reset a static address I think…
