I accidentally deleted all of my hub by doing a soft reboot.
I'm just added my August hub successfully but it does not show up in the list of devices.
I also added the Wi-Fi drivers and app and it's not discovering it by Wi-Fi either.
So how do I get it to show up in a list of devices under Z-Wave. At an August 1st Gin lock using Z-Wave Plus. The August app shows that it successfully paired with that hub
Soft reset doesn't reset the radio data, so a restore from a backup should have allowed you to recover. May want to shutdown the hub and unplug it for a couple of minutes and then power it back on.
It's only Z-Wave products that I'm having trouble with at the moment to be!!!
I can't get my Iris by Lowe's unitec siren to connect either.

Do you August lock tells me it's bootstrapping and that's as far as it goes.
If I would have had a backup I would have done that but I don't I know in the future to keep a backup around.
As @thebearmay suggested, if everything else is back except z-wave, shut down the hub from the settings menu and unplug power for 2 or 3 mins then power back up. You should see all your z-wave stuff.
no nothing come back I have been add it back in but z-wave is not working. I did unplug power for 2 or 3 mins then power back up whit no luck. It's not paired. Remove it, run exclude, factory reset the lock and try again. Preferably within 2 feet of the hub. (move hub to lock or lock to hub). Also prior to re pairing, can you click the firmware update button at the top of your z-wave details page to update your z-wave stack? Also locks require security.
That device is not included with security.. Many locks will refuse to operate without security .
I add it whit security but is not add it whit security.
It's not functional as it stands, you need to remove it, then reset it then re pair it. Right now it's a ghost. You want to do this within a couple of feet of eachother because it uses a whisper for the security protocol. You also need to update your z-wave firmware by clicking the firmware update at the top of that page.

It should be instant if you re paired the lock. Did you remove the lock from your z-wave details page and then reset and re pair the lock?
