I saw this beauty a few years ago in one my closest friend's house. Came up as a memory on my phone today.

Worked on a car that had a killer sound system but Jethro must have wired it. Huge 2 gauge cable directly from the battery to the amp in the trunk. He did put a fuse in the circuit but it was at the amp instead of the battery.
Melted every wire and then some.

I have a few outlets that look like this one. I also have some that have USB charging ports built in. When outlets are placed 12 feet apart and have only two receptacle ports, these devices are lifesavers. I have quite a few of the 6" pigtail extension cords as wall chargers take up far too much room.
Just make sure that the total power is within safe limits.
