Issues with Z-Wave Devices after 2.2.9.146

I am currently unable to communicate with any of my Z-Wave devices after the most recent upgrade. I have reverted to 2.2.8.156 and the last cloud backup, but I am unable to see any communication from the hub to the devices.

My other device types seem to be working well, but I am a bit concerned that I do not see any activity from the radios on this device.

I opened a ticket with support on Wednesday, but I have not received any updates.
