Issues with adding Enerwave ZW15R Outlet

I received my HE today and proceeded to add my first device - and Enerwave ZW15R Outlet. I tried for well over an hour to add it - bringing the hub closer, adding it back to SmartThings so that I could remove/exclude again. Nothing worked. I then added a GE switch with no issue.

I then moved to another Enerwave outlet - this was discovered but the device information was empty. I added in the Device Type (Generic Outlet), and it worked. However, going to my third Enerwave outlet, no dice.

I purchased the 3 outlets at the same time (with 5 others), so it seems odd to me to have only 1 out of 3 install.

Any suggestions? Thx!

I would do a factory reset on the ones that aren't discovered.

I have not heard of anyone else with these outlets (glad I'm not the loner). Choose zooz outlet, they will work with energy monitoring.

I couldn't find the documentation on how to factory reset. Part of my initial troubleshooting was turning power to the outlet off.

In any case, I did get the outlets working. Strangely enough, when I plugged a lamp into those outlets they paired. The lamp wasn't necessary when pairing with SmartThings.

Glad you got them working, but trust me the lamp being plugged into it making it pair has nothing to do with Hubitat or the driver, if that is indeed the case, it's all on the device...

The manual says to hold the button on the front of the device to reset back to factory for 10 seconds.
