I'm a bit confused about the subscriptions. I signed up for Remote Admin a while back, and it was applied to all 4 of my hubs. I'm switching stuff around and trying to deregister my hubs, but it won't let me because of the active subscription. I don't want to cancel the subscription for my existing hub, but if I have to cancel the subscription in order to deregister 1 hub, I won't have access to it at all on any other hubs.
This is a known issue that has not been fixed yet, but is on the priority list to be addressed. If you send me the hub ID in a private message I can help you reset the hub without canceling the subscription.
